About S1 Alloys
With over 25 years of specialist experience, we deliver full alloy wheel refurbishment and restoration to the highest OEM standards. From TIG welding for cracked rims to correcting flat spots, kerb damage, and bent wheels, our craftsmanship is matched by advanced OEM diamond cutting, precision colour matching, and brake calliper painting. Our auto blaster technology provides thorough and consistent wheel preparation, while we also use authentic OEM balancing software and weights, offer TPMS fault resets, and provide courtesy cars for convenience. Backed by a 2-year guarantee on full refurbishments (T&C's applies), our reputation for quality has earned us recognition through the Manchester Prestigious Awards, Global Automotive Awards, and the Manchester & North West Prestigious Award from 2022 to 2025.
Our full factory restoration process — not just powder coating!
01
Professional Primer Application
We use a high-quality powder-coat primer in grey, beige or black — matched to the wheel's original base.
02
Precision Colour Matching
We apply a water-based colour finish — with over 30,000 manufacturer colours in our system, for an exact OEM match every time.
03
Factory-Exact Lacquer Finish
We complete the wheel with a matt, satin or full-gloss powder-coat lacquer — precisely as they are made from the factory. No shortcuts, no mismatched finishes.
